Liturgy of the Hours Retreat

SEPTEMBER 25-27, 2026

In the General Instructions of the Liturgy of the Hours, it states that the Church's prayer "is the voice of a bride (Vox Sponsae) addressing her bridegroom... it is the very prayer that Christ himself, together with His Body addresses to the Father." Thus, every time we pray this prayer we share "in the greatest honor of Christ's spouse."

The Vox Sponsae Liturgy of the Hours retreat is designed for everyone, whether you have never prayed the Liturgy of the Hours, are just beginning, or have been praying the Church's prayer for years.

The retreat features will feature four conferences:

• History of the Liturgy of the Hours

• Theology of the Liturgy of the Hours

• Practical guide to praying the Liturgy of the Hours

• Introduction to singing the Liturgy of the Hours 

​

Best of all, participants will have the opportunity to pray the Liturgy of the Hours in common in our beautiful chapel throughout the retreat. ​​The retreat will begin on Friday, September 25th with Vespers at 5:30pm and will end with Mass and lunch on Sunday, September 27th.

Registration is $280 for individuals and $220 for double occupancy.
